Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AutoAgent, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are granted for our services.
By purchasing a subscription or token package, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the paid period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time in a billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Initial Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not utilized more than 10% of your allocated monthly tokens.
- Technical Issues: If you experience severe, documented technical issues preventing you from using the service that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours, a prorated refund may be issued.
- Accidental Charges: If you were charged in error (e.g., you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged), we will issue a full refund upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:
- Token Top-ups: One-time token purchases are final and non-refundable once the tokens have been added to your account.
- Subscription Renewals: Monthly or annual renewals are non-refundable after the new billing cycle has begun unless requested within 48 hours of the automated charge.
- Account Terminations: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as spam or abuse), you will not be eligible for any refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@autoagent.com with your account details, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request.
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
AutoAgent reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
