Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

AutoAgent is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital AI automation tools. Because our products and services are purely digital, no physical items will be shipped to you.

All subscriptions and token top-ups are delivered electronically over the internet.

2. Access and Provisioning

Immediately upon successful payment for a subscription or token package, our system processes the order and updates your account automatically.

  • Subscriptions: Upgraded account features take effect instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Token Top-ups: Purchased tokens are added to your available balance within seconds of a successful transaction.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive two forms of confirmation:

  • An on-screen confirmation message displaying the details of your successful transaction.
  • An automated email receipt sent to the email address associated with your AutoAgent account. This email serves as your official invoice and proof of purchase.

4. Delays in Delivery

In rare cases, technical issues between our servers and the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) may cause a slight delay in provisioning your digital assets. If your account is not updated within 15 minutes of a successful charge, please try the following:

  • Log out and log back into your AutoAgent account to refresh your session data.
  • Check your email to confirm the receipt was received.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately at support@autoagent.com and provide your transaction ID or the email address linked to your account. We will manually provision your purchase as soon as possible.
